【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60695specifiesasmall-scalelaboratoryscreeningprocedureforcomparingtherelativeburningbehaviourofverticallyorhorizontallyorientedspecimensmadefromplasticandothernon-metallicmaterials,exposedtoasmall-flameignitionsourceof50Wnominalpower.Thesetestmethodsdeterminethelinearburningrateandtheafterflame/afterglowtimes,aswellasthedamagedlengthofspecimens.Theyareapplicabletosolidandcellularmaterialsthathaveanapparentdensityofnotlessthan250kg/m,determinedinaccordancewithISO845.Theydonotapplytomaterialsthatshrinkawayfromtheappliedflamewithoutigniting;ISO9773shouldbeusedforthinflexiblematerials.Thetestmethodsdescribedprovideclassificationsystems(see8.4and9.4),whichmaybeusedforqualityassurance,orthepre-selectionofcomponentmaterialsofproducts.Themethodsmaybeusedforthepre-selectionofamaterial,providingpositiveresultsareobtainedatathicknessequaltothesmallestthicknessusedintheapplication.NOTE-Testresultsareinfluencedbymaterialcomponents,e.g.pigments,fillersandfire-retardants,andpropertiessuchasthedirectionofanisotropyandthemolecularmass.
