【摘要】:ThistestmethodmaybeusedtodetermineandvalidatetheperformanceofaparticularDSCapparatus.ThistestmethodmaybeusedtodetermineandvalidatetheperformanceofaparticularmethodbaseduponaDSCenthalpicmeasurement.Thistestmethodmaybeusedtodeterminetherepeatabilityofaparticularapparatus,operatororlaboratory.Thistestmethodmaybeusedforspecificationandregulatorycompliancepurposes.1.1Thistestmethodprovidesproceduresforvalidatingenthalpicmeasurementsofdifferentialscanningcalorimeters(DSC)andanalyticalmethodsbaseduponthemeasurementofenthalpyorheatbyDSC.Performanceparametersdeterminedincludecalorimetricrepeatability(precision),detectionlimit,quantitationlimit,linearityandbias.Thismethodisapplicabletobothexothermicandendothermicevents.1.2Validationofapparatusperformanceandanalyticalmethodsisrequestedorrequiredforqualityinitiativesorwhereresultsmaybeusedforlegalpurposes.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoregardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
