【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62209seriesisapplicabletoanywirelesscommunicationdevicecapableoftransmittingelectromagneticfields(EMF)intendedtobeusedatapositionnearthehumanbody,inthemannerdescribedbythemanufacturer,withtheradiatingpart(s)ofthedeviceatdistancesuptoandincluding200mmfromahumanbody,i.e.whenheldinthehandorinfrontoftheface,mountedonthebody,combinedwithothertransmittingornon-transmittingdevicesoraccessories(e.g.belt-clip,cameraorBluetoothadd-on),orembeddedingarments.Fortransmittersusedincloseproximitytothehumanear,theproceduresofIEC62209-1:2005areapplicable.Thisstandardisapplicableforradiofrequencyexposureinthefrequencyrangeof30MHzto6GHz,andmaybeusedtomeasuresimultaneousexposuresfrommultipleradiosourcesusedincloseproximitytohumanbody.Definitionsandevaluationproceduresareprovidedforthefollowinggeneralcategoriesofdevicetypes:body-mounted,body-supported,desktop,front-of-face,hand-held,laptop,limb-mounted,multi-band,push-to-talk,clothing-integrated.Thetypesofdevicesconsideredincludebutarenotlimitedtomobiletelephones,cordlessmicrophones,auxiliarybroadcastdevicesandradiotransmittersinpersonalcomputers.ThisInternationalStandardgivesguidelinesforareproducibleandconservativemeasurementmethodologyfordeterminingthecomplianceofwirelessdeviceswiththeSARlimits.BecausestudiessuggestthatexclusionoffeaturestorepresentahandinhumanmodelsconstitutesaconservativecasescenarioforSARinthetrunkandthehead,arepresentationofahandisnotincludedifthedeviceisintendedtobeusednexttotheheadorsupportedonornearthetorso[73],[80].Thisstandarddoesnotapplyforexposuresfromtransmittingornon-transmittingimplantedmedicaldevices.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyforexposurefromdevicesatdistancesgreaterthan200mmawayfromthehumanbody.IEC62209-2makescross-referencetoIEC62209-1-2005wherecompleteclausesorsubclausesapply,alongwithanychangesspecified.
