【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62226providesmeansfordemonstratingcompliancewiththebasicrestrictionsonhumanexposuretolowandintermediatefrequencyelectricandmagneticfieldsspecifiedinexposurestandardsorguidelinessuchasthoseproducedbyIEEEandICNIRP.TheobjectofIEC62226is-toproposeamorerealisticapproachtothemodellingofthehumanexposuretolowfrequencyelectricandmagneticfields,usingasetofmodelsofgrowingcomplexityforthefieldemissionsource,orthehumanbodyorboth;-toproposestandardisedvaluesfortheelectricalparametersoforgansinhumanbody:electricalconductivityandpermittivityandtheirvariationwiththefrequency.Thepresentbasicstandarddoesnotaimatreplacingthedefinitionsandproceduresspecifiedinexposurestandardsorguidelines,suchasthoseproducedbyIEEEorICNIRP,butaimsatprovidingadditionalprocedureswithaviewtoallowingcomplianceassessmentwiththesedocuments.Thepresentbasicstandardprovidesmeansfordemonstratingcompliancewiththebasicrestrictionswithouthavingtogotothesophisticatedmodels.Nevertheless,whentheexposureconditionsarewellcharacterized(suchasinproductstandards,forexample)andwhenresultsfromsuchmodelsareavailable,theycanbeusedfordemonstratingcompliancewithEMFstandardsorguidelines.NOTE1ExamplesofuseofsuchsophisticatedmodelscanbefoundintheIECTrendTechnologyAssessment[2].NOTE2Referencestothescientificliteraturearegiveninthebibliography.note:1FiguresinsquarebracketsrefertotheBibliography
